In August, Mack had an argument with Charity and decided to leave the village for London. When John offered him a lift to the train station, he agreed. However, before leaving, he went to collect more items from the cottage, while Mack found out the medic’s secret.
He saw a scrapbook and saw the picture of Ben and John. Soon, Mack figured out that John was responsible for murdering Nate Robinson. John arrived and started driving. Soon, the medic realised that Mack had learned the truth.
He ran through the woods and followed him. John shot him with an arrow in his chest. Then he threw a huge rock. The soap fans thought that the medic had killed Mack. However, after a few days, they learned that he was captured in an underground bunker near the holiday cottage. John kept him alive with the medicine he stole from the surgery. The soap fans learned that he had broken Mack’s ankle.
Mack’s Struggle Is Still Not Over!
Meanwhile, though Mack tried to escape and reached the countryside road, the medic captured him again. Then he went to him and gave him a syringe so that he could take his life if he ever wanted to. Then John jumped off the gorge with Aaron after confronting Robert.
However, soon Aaron woke up and told the truth. But till then, Mack had injected himself. When Charity reached the bunker, she didn’t find her husband, as John had taken him to the hospital. Then he disappeared. Soon, the doctors informed Charity, and the couple reunited.
Now Mack is back home, but he is facing a tough time recovering completely. When Sarah suggested that Mack and Charity should spend more time together, he was reluctant. Charity asked her husband to open up if he is struggling to leave the house.
