The soap fans know that April Windsor is trapped. Earlier, Dylan was a part of the illegal business, but soon, Ray manipulated April into doing the drug drop. However, during the drug drop, she put Leo in trouble as he consumed the drugs.
Then she learned that Celia is Ray’s boss and adopted mother. Celia told Ray to be strict with April. Soon, the soap fans saw April being dragged into sex work. Ray told her to give cocaine to the client and accept the drink. She managed to escape the client.
Then Celia told her to do the work as it would help her earn more money. When April met the second client, Callum, he tried to rape her, but she hit him with a wine bottle and killed him. Celia and Ray covered up the crime.

In the recent episode, April went to meet Marlon. They made hot chocolate and laughed together. Marlon saw that she was struggling, but he gave her space. April finally broke down and revealed everything to Marlon. He promised to protect her.
But Ray burst into the house. Marlon tried to force him out, but he pulled out a gun. He shot him in the chest. However, soon a twist was revealed. The soap fans learned that none of it had actually happened. It was all April’s imagination. She was scared and decided not to confess to Marlon and left the place.
