As the social worker Robin arrived for their adoption assessment, Suki and Eve were full of jitters. They try to make a lovely and loving family image. However, things no longer look calm as Ravi Gulati is still living under their roof. Elsewhere, Suki and Eve are staying positive and trying to impress Robin.
However, out of nowhere, Priya enters the house during the assessment. She creates a scene regarding Ravi’s involvement. She couldn’t process that Ravi was lying to her the whole time. Not just this, even their kids, Avani and Nugget, enter to defend their parents and shout. This further escalates the situation. Elsewhere, Suki tries to handle things. She tried to keep things under control but failed. Moreover, Robin has now observed the entire situation. He has heard every word that came out of their mouth.
Suki and Eve are left frustrated. They now fear that their dream of having a child could crumble because of someone else’s mistake. Later, Eve tells Suki that they cannot move forward with their adoption. She doesn’t want Ravi to stay in the house. Now Suki is in a dilemma. She wants to support Ravi, but she knows Eve was not wrong. And then eventually she agrees to go with Eve’s decision. They soon inform Ravi about their decision. However, to everyone’s surprise, Ravi took the news very calmly.
A Violent Twist In EastEnders
Later things take a darker turn. Ravi Gulati faced the consequences of his past. Moreover, a group of men arrived at No. 41. They dragged and forcibly took him away. The entire Panesar family were shocked as Ravi disappeared. However, he later returned to the Square. But his face was bruised and he was badly beaten up.
It can be assumed that the opposition drug dealers did not like the idea of Ravi becoming a police informant. Despite all this chaos, Suki and Eve receive some good news. Passing the news, Robin tells the family that their application has been green-lighted and that they can proceed. The upcoming phase of the adoption process is thus opened to them.
