Bernie Faces A Disturbing Demand From Mal
Barney is still paying the price for her carelessness of one night with Mal Roper. She has tried 1000 ways to convince mall that she cannot have a future with him, but he is not ready to listen.
Not only did he Bernie to sleeping with him, but he also went to extend coming across Dev and threating his life. His latest demand is, if Bernie slips with him. He is ready to drop the charges Dev.
Seeing no way out, Bernie head to the chariot, square, Hotel to See Mal. As she knocked on miles’s door, Ryan corner watched from a distance and grew uneasy about it.
Mal Has A Change Of Hearts?
Inside the room, Bernie tried her best to buy sometime and ultimately ordered a brandy and left the phone on. This gave Ryan clear access to hear Bernie out.
Finally, understanding the game Bernie has been playing, Mal get explosive and tries to attack Bernie. Just at the right time, Ryan breaks in the room and held him back.
Even though Ryan urged Barney to call the Police, Bernie didn’t. Instead, she went in and vented out her tears desperations in front of Mal. The emotional plea moved, and he finally agreed to withdraw the case against Dev.
Litre, getting suspicious, asked Bernie a green question regarding the sudden retraction of the case, but she decided to play it down. She suggested that Mal may have experienced some kind of personal crisis that made him lose the fight. For now, it seems like Bernie may finally be free from Mal’s torture, but is she?
