Ryan Mulvey revealed exclusively that the separation devastates Brody on a personal level. He explained that his character sees the girls as his rocks. Despite his tough exterior, they take up almost his entire heart. For Brody, hearing that they will be torn apart breaks his heart, and fuels the reckless behaviour.
Ryan went on to describe the Carl storyline as both fun and raw to film. He said that while Brody finds humour working alongside Carl in the garage, there’s a very real struggle underneath. Away from the on-screen drama, Ryan recently posed for the Inside Soap Awards 2025 photoshoot after being nominated. He admitted feeling grateful, saying the recognition meant a lot because of the effort he put into every scene. Being acknowledged, he added, was a real pleasure.
