Todd’s relationship with Theo has been going well recently, and he’s begun thinking they have a real future together. But next week on Coronation Street, one surprising moment turns everything on its head, courtesy of Noah and his sinister agenda.
Trouble Begins Before Todd Even Realizes
Todd had just been telling Billy how well things were going with Theo. Theo finally seemed comfortable in his own skin, and he was even making plans for the two of them to move in together. Todd was genuinely hopeful this could be something long-term. But then Billy heard something strange, Theo informing one of his scaffolder colleagues that he has a girlfriend.
When Billy confronted him, Theo explained that the man was biased and wouldn’t believe the truth so he lied. Billy wasn’t sure what to make of it. He knows Todd’s fallen hard, and he doesn’t want him getting hurt. Meanwhile, Noah’s been creeping closer. He’s been bothering Theo with religious leaflets and guilt-tripping him about his identity. It’s been going on quietly for a bit, but now, he takes it way too far.
Todd Snaps and There’s a Witness in Coronation Street
While Todd and Theo are on their date at the Bistro, Noah shows up and gives Theo one of his “save your soul” pamphlets. Todd is angry and he and Billy walk off to the community centre. When they arrive, they catch Noah in the middle of a session, he’s conducting some kind of conversion therapy with one of the townspeople.
Corrie insider says that Todd starts using his protective instincts. He is aggravated that Theo has been shamed because of who he is, and when Noah refuses to tell him where Theo might be, Todd turns red. He gets up and pushes Noah flying. Still, one of Noah’s mates is filming this whole scene.
Police Get Involved; Theo Stays Close
The blowback comes quickly. A cop appears to inform Todd that Noah has reported him for assault, and now he needs to come in for questioning. It’s serious, particularly with that video as evidence. And yet, through all of this, Theo is still mentioning moving in with Todd.
He’s apparently serious, but Todd’s future has just taken a turn for the worse. If the police press charges, he could be in serious trouble, and could even be headed to jail.
