What started as a plan to bring Theo closer has landed Todd on the sofa, and in everyone’s bad books in Coronation Street. Todd thought he was doing the right thing. He had a plan, maybe a bit bold, but he believed that would bring him and Theo closer. Instead, things have gone completely sideways. Now Danielle’s furious, Theo’s had enough, and poor Todd’s ended up banished to the sofa. And now, both Theo and Danielle are blaming Todd for it all.
Danielle Snaps After Todd’s Surprise Move
Danielle turned up expecting a nice lunch with Theo and the kids. She was excited; they were finally going to sit together as a family again. Even if things were complicated, she wanted that moment for the kids. It seemed like a step forward. But Todd had other plans.
Todd showed up uninvited and dropped a bomb, telling everyone that Noah is the man Danielle’s now seeing. You can imagine how that went down. Danielle was absolutely fuming. From her view, Todd set her up. She thought she was walking into a family lunch, but now it seems like an ambush.

Natalie Anderson, who plays Danielle, said Danielle saw it as Todd wrecking what could have been a good thing. She blamed him straightaway, especially once the kids got upset. Soon, things got physical. Miles, Danielle and Theo’s son, got so upset he went for Todd. Theo jumped in to stop him, but in the struggle, Miles ended up with a bloody nose. That was it. Danielle had seen enough.
According to her, Todd was the reason her son got hurt, emotionally and physically. So she did what any mum would do. She banned Theo from seeing the kids, at least for now. We can’t really blame Danielle for it because all she wanted was something positive for the kids. However, Theo didn’t take it well. When he got back home, he turned his devastation into anger toward Todd and makes him sleep on the sofa.
Todd Gets A Cold Shoulder
The cold shoulder from Theo catches Todd off guard. He thought he was protecting Theo by exposing Noah’s ongoing harm but instead, he’s now seen as the one who caused the entire collapse. It’s like he’s been iced out from both sides.
Danielle even tried to talk with Todd about letting Theo see the kids again, but the moment he started poking and twisting the situation, she shut it down. She wasn’t about to be told how to manage her own family. That was her line, and Todd crossed it. Now, Danielle thinks Todd’s been trying to steal Theo away for himself. She believes Todd made Theo question everything; his marriage, his role as a dad, even his identity. And, that’s not something she can forgive easily.
So now, Todd’s sleeping on the sofa, Theo’s cut off from his kids, and Danielle’s had it with both of them. Everyone’s hurt, no one’s happy, and the whole thing’s blown up in a way no one saw coming.
