In the caption, he expressed his love for the show, writing: “CORONATION STREET I LOVE YOU, THANK YOU.”
The post soon attracted an outpouring of love from co-stars and mates. Cherylee Houston, who portrays Izzy Armstrong, told him he would be missed. Andy Whyment, who plays Kirk Sutherland, complimented the post, while Lucy Fallon, who plays Bethany Platt, replied with a broken heart emoji.
