Coronation Street spoilers suggest that viewers will soon get to see a villainous character making his return for Amy Barlow. As per The Sun, the ITV soap is all set to bring back Eric Sandford after two years as Craig Cheetham reprises his role. Furthermore, the beloved villain’s comeback will be a short one as he is reprising his role for just one episode, and he has already filmed his return scenes. So exciting!!
Long-time viewers know that Eric’s return will bring trouble for Amy, who will be shocked to see the father of her rapist back in the cobbles. Something tells us that this won’t just affect Amy but her family, too. It looks like Eric’s short visit will have huge consequences for Amy and her clan. We know that Amy was sexually assaulted by Aaron Sandford back in 2023 after a night out.
