It wasn’t long before Mick established himself as one of the Street’s toughest-looking faces. So-called “nightmare neighbour”Mick has fallen out with half of Weatherfield—from Maria and George to Ronnie Bailey. But things got sinister when he violently attacked Sean Tully for informing on his son Brody’s bullying ways.
Later, Mick exposed his true colours by imprisoning young Liam Connor in a shed at the builder’s yard. Gary Windass retaliated by sacking him—but Mick hit him back. When Gary picked up a bottle to strike back, it was only Kit Green who prevented matters from escalating further.

But the one name on everyone’s lips? Peter Barlow.
