Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon, known for her role as Bethany Platt, has welcomed her second baby and now shares her name in a cute Instagram post. Lucy already shared the news of her daughter’s arrival earlier with a cute picture. But now, she has taken to Instagram to share her name.
Lucy Announces Daughter’s Name
Lucy took onto her Instagram to share a picture of herself with her newborn daughter. Posing with her, she captioned the post- “Our Nancy Margaret Ledson…a dream come true.” Along with the cute announcement, she also shared some snaps of the family—one was especially the cutest—where little Sonny, Lucy, and Ryan’s son were seen holding his sister.
With Lucy right now on maternity leave, her storyline on the ITV soap has been accommodated accordingly. Recently, on the show, we saw Bethany getting her dream job and planning to move to London. Though there was a clear confusion earlier where Lucy would be back in the show or not—she was quick to clear the air and confirm that she would be back once she popped the baby out.
Will Bethany Be Back?
However, we can’t help but speculate whether we will see Bethany back on the screens anytime soon. As we saw in the show, Daniel clearly has the possibility of being the father of Daisy’s baby, but he is fixing a wedding date and planning to move to London with Bethany. Amid this, he also made another blunder by proposing to Bethany on the same day he proposed to Daisy last year.
Rumours are that Daisy is not going to let it go this time, as she has always dreamed of settling with Daniel. Maybe she will retaliate soon. Once the truth surfaces, we don’t think Bethany will even be ready to see Daniel’s face. So, maybe taking up this job in London might mean we won’t be seeing Bethany on the cobbles anytime soon. If this happens, we will surely miss her on-screen, but her off-screen presence with her family will continue to delight us.
