Nick Tisley and Leanne Battersby’s relationship came rumbling down on Coronation Street when she got sucked into Rowan’s cult – The Institute. Initially, Nick, and Toyah tried their best to pull Leanne away from The Institute, however, when they failed to do so, they sought comfort in each other’s arms. The duo started hitting the sheets behind Leanne’s back.
But recently, Leanne Battersby had an eye-opening moment when she snooped through Rowan’s laptop and found evidence about Nick and Toyah’s sexual relationship. She also learned that Rowan was in fact blackmailing the duo. This was the final nail in the coffin that sealed the fate of Nick and Leanne’s relationship.
Despite Sam wanting to bring Nick and Leanne together, Coronation Street spoilers confirm that that relationship is over for good. Which means that they both are now free to date other people. But, Nick could be a few steps ahead of Leanne, and may already have a new lover in mind. In the upcoming episodes, Toyah visits Nick’s house to check on Sam. After some initial difficulty, the two hit it off and start creating models together.
When Nick arrives, he is thrilled to see that Toyah has successfully won Sam over. He takes her to the side and tells her that he still loves her very much. Actor Ben Price recently told the media that Nick is definitely in love with her. He agrees that it is a bit complicated because Toyah is Leanne’s sister. But hey, the heart wants what it wants!

“Everything was a bit different with Toyah, a bit lighter, and I think after the way Leanne suddenly went to the Institute, it really made him think I just don’t know you at all. I think he’s being genuine with Toyah,” Ben pointed. Furthermore, he added that there is a much deeper connection between Nick and Toyah, and there is potential for so much more.
