Dee-Dee Bailey and DS Lisa Swain are on a mission to ruin Joel Deering. After Joel’s brutal attack on Lauren Bolton, there isn’t enough proof to charge him, and the case has been closed. But Dee-Dee and DS Lisa aren’t giving up. In the due episodes, they’ll reach out to Ellie, another teen Joel has hurt.
Previously, Bethany Platt urged Ellie to spill the beans on what she knew about Lauren’s disappearance. However, at that time, Ellie claimed Nathan Curtis was behind it.
