Coronation Street spoilers suggest a shaky upcoming for Daniel as he sleeps with his ex, Daisy, and Bethany breaks up. The love triangle has recently garnered quite fame from Corrie viewers, especially when Bethany returns after botched plastic surgery. While Daniel supported her through and through, he could never let go of Daisy either. Now that he has slept with his ex-fiance, things are about to get even messier. But Bethany doesn’t know about it yet – then, why has she come to break up?
Daniel Regrets His Decision
In the Wednesday episode, we see Bethany’s emotional breakdown with Daniel, as he no longer makes her happy. Beth was heartbroken when she learned that Daniel had stored all her old clothes when she asked him to donate them. And the worst part is that he took Daisy’s help with this. As she leaves, he instantly confides in Daisy to inform her about what happened.
Daisy, who is still not completely over Daniel, pulls him in for a kiss, eventually leading to more. Later, we see the pair on a sofa when Daisy asks Daniel to inform Bethany about their patch-up. But little did she know that her happiness was short-lived. Daniel instantly regrets his decision and says, “It shouldn’t have happened just now – I shouldn’t have let it happen. It’s all my fault; I am so sorry.”
Daisy Is Furious; Hits Back
When Daisy saw Daniel in regret, she was furious and emotional and started pointing out what she had done for him, including the recent drink-and-drive crash. But Daniel soon replied, saying, “Gratitude’s no basis for a relationship, is it? I just don’t think that we should be together. I am so sorry. There’s no justification for it. All I can say is my head was all over the place – I didn’t know what I wanted. I’m weak, and I’m selfish, and I’m somebody that you are better off without – Bethany, too.”
Soon, Daniel heads back to the flat and tries to think of ideas to win Bethany back. He wonders if she is still waiting to hear from him but decides to keep her in the dark about this one-time thing between him and Daisy. Will Bethany forgive him – or will she somehow figure out what happened? Only the upcoming Coronation Street spoilers can tell.
