In the upcoming episodes, everything changes as Mick Michaelis escapes from prison. The police arrested him for murdering Craig Tinker. Thus, now he wants to go back to his family. However, his plans are nearly ruined as Sally and Tim Metcalfe reveal to his son, Brody, that his younger sister Joanie is going to Weatherfield High for a trial day.
Thus, after escaping the prison, Mick Michaelis first goes to the school. He rushes through the school and locks Daniel Osburne and headteacher Orla Crawshaw in her office. He does so thinking that he will help him find his daughter without any obstacles. However, Mick Michaelis is unaware that Sally has taken his daughter back to Coronation Street and is taking her on the tour of the factory.
