In the upcoming week, Dee-Dee is unable to focus on her work life as she has just discovered her fiancé Joel’s crimes. Meanwhile, DI Costello tells DS Lisa Swain they don’t have enough evidence against Joel. Hence, they have to reluctantly set him free.
Later, Daniel questions Lisa about Joel secretly giving Lauren drugs to make her lose her baby. As the week continues, Lauren heads to the hospital to see her baby boy, Frankie. However, she is terrified to see Joel. Is she in danger again?
Betsy’s Plot to Frame Mason Backfires
Dylan Wilson is terrified when he overhears Mason telling Betsy he’s saving up to rent a place nearby. However, Betsy convinces Mason to come to her place since her mum’s at work, and they’ll have the house all to themselves. But Mason’s hesitation prompts Betsy to break up with him.
Later, Mason sees her chatting with Dylan and angrily tells them they deserve each other. Although Dylan insists to Mason that he and Betsy aren’t dating, Betsy has other plans. She makes sure Mason sees her fake kissing Dylan. Soon after, she confesses she was just trying to make Mason jealous.
But guess what? Mason bluntly tells her he’s not interested in her. To take revenge, Betsy snatched a customer’s purse and hid it in Mason’s jacket to make him look guilty. The customer is furious and lets Yasmeen Metcalfe and Stu Carpenter have it. Nevertheless, Mason figures out Betsy’s sneaky plan. Will her plan backfire?
