Lauren Bolton is still waiting for her verdict regarding Joel’s murder casel, and in the upcoming week, we will see her close to knowing her fate. The upcoming trial will bring on new accusations about Lauren, as Brie claims that Lauren attacked her in prison. Though Lauren tries to ensure the barrister that she did no such thing—she soon faces a blow as her barrister informs her about baby Frankie’s hospitalisation.
Baby Frankie has been hospitalised again due to an infection, but Lauren is stuck in the court. She loses her temper, and during Max Turner’s cross-examination, she ends up telling the prosecution that she thinks it’s good that Joel is dead. Later, she realizes her mistake and is convinced that she is destined to go to jail. Later, when Dee-Dee informs that the jury hasn’t reached an agreement—Lauren is sure there’s bad news waiting for her.
Daisy to Keep Her Baby’s Daddy A Secret?
As we already know, Daisy is pregnant but there’s an ongoing confusion about her baby’s daddy. Daniel asks her to take a DNA test but before the results are revealed, she hears about Bethany’s new job in London. She is even more shocked to know that Daniel has set a wedding date with Bethany and is planning a trial move.
However, things take a twist when at the pub, Bethany gives Daisy the pregnancy test she found in the designer bag she just bought from Daisy. She assumes that the father of the baby is Kit Green, and congratulates Daisy. But with so many new revelations, things are not sitting well with Daisy, and it’s going to cause trouble.
Things will go downhill when Jenny takes Daisy to the hospital, seeing her in pain—but Daniel has no clue. Instead, Kit turns up, and she asks him to stay for the baby’s scan. Later, when she receives the DNA results, she reads the message and deletes it—and confides in Jenny that her baby’s father’s name is irrelevant. Why is Daisy keeping the daddy’s name a secret?
Ken Suspects Cassie
Cassie has been under the radar since she tried to poison Ken to keep her job. But, Ken never questioned her ethics. Now, it looks like Cassie is also stealing from the man. In the next week, Things will worsen when Adam Barlow and Alya Nazir find Cassie alone in Ken’s place with him not being present.
When they question her, she says that she is cleaning up Ken’s bedroom—but it’s clear that she has some other intentions. As soon as the duo leave, she takes Ken’s credit card out of her pocket and replaces it in its initial place. Later, Daniel warns Ken not to trust Cassie too much as Bertie sees her spiking up Ken’s drink at her birthday party. Ken is ready to confront Cassie regarding the allegation. Abi Accuses Toyah
Toyah is worried when she hears Kevin share his worried about Abi’s hallucinations with Roy. She is concerned for Abi and encourages her to see a grief counsellor. Abi is clearly having a hard time dealing with Mason’s death. But instead of listening to Toyah’s concerns, Abi hits back at her and accuses her of trying to steal her son Alfie. Will Abi be able to cope with her grief?
Leanne Feels Humiliated
In the upcoming week, we will see Leanne handing over a cheque of £12k to Amy McDonald as part payment of the money the Institute stole from her. Later, Leanne goes on to the Bistro for a short celebration with Amy but finds Toyah in grief after meeting Abi. The next day, Leanne creates a scene when she gets drunk and tries to flirt with Ronnie Bailey to get back at Debbie. But seeing her flirtatious behaviour, Sam Blakeman is disappointed.
However, Debbie is not someone who lets go of things so easily. The next day, when Leanne heads off to the court—Debbie deliberately drives her car through a puddle and soaks her. Seeing Leanne’s condition, Toyah insists Nick give her a lift. When she receives a community order, Leanne freaks at Toyah and says she doesn’t want to keep any ties. Later, Tracy accuses Toyah of stealing Leanne’s man and her flat full of her things. Will this unleash her revengeful side again?
Coronation Street Spoilers: David and Shona Reunite
The Platt couple has finally united—though the reason behind this was not love but threats. David has received threats from Harvey Gaskell demanding £10k extra in interest. But the shocking part was – it was Lily who handed over this note to Shona. Though David is not someone to get afraid of easily—he is definitely worried for the children. He asks Shona to make a pact to keep tabs on the kids constantly.

It would be good to see more of Carla/Swain rather than 5-8 minutes. Perhaps they could introduce Lisa’s family and why is Liam Jr being tested for a kidney donation for Carla and Michelles biological son, the one who was swapped at birth with Ryan should be tested as well. Also the half sister, the one that shares the same father who went travelling.
