Coronation Street: Theo Silverton Publicly Humiliates Todd Grimshaw
Theo Silverton turns his birthday lunch into a cruel display when he invites Gary and Maria to the Bistro and makes a pointed remark about Todd Grimshaw not being there. Todd rushes in late from work, clearly stressed, but Theo immediately slides the bill across the table and insists Todd pay for everyone. Later, Todd admits to Nick that he has only £80 left to his name.
The tension continues at home, where Theo accuses Todd of ruining his birthday and demands wine. When Todd suggests coffee instead, Theo lashes out, and by the next morning Todd quietly clears up smashed crockery and tells George he cannot face work.
Gary later sees Theo leaving in his van and casually downplays the situation, suggesting they simply argued. Inside the house, however, Todd struggles. He tries to make peace by preparing soup but ends up throwing the blender across the room in frustration. At the Rovers, George, Christina, Sarah and James attempt to comfort him, yet Todd panics when Theo appears and runs out, with Theo following and insisting they talk.
That night, Theo watches from a distance as James takes Todd home. After overhearing that James stayed on Todd’s sofa, Theo grows angry, approaches Speed Daal and takes interest in Annie, the woman accusing George of fraud. Later, he tracks Todd’s location on a map, raising serious concerns about what he plans to do next.
Jodie Ramsey’s Prank Backfires
Jodie Ramsey clashes with Adam Barlow after he confronts her about not cleaning up after David the dog. She smiles through his lecture, but she is furious. Soon after, the dog urinates on Adam’s new car. In the café, Tracy reacts with shock when she spots the dog behind the counter and threatens to contact environmental health.
Adam later confronts Jodie with a bag of evidence, but she denies everything before he vents to Daniel and Alya at home. Daniel advises him to catch the culprit in the act.
Jodie then ropes David Platt into escalating the situation. They attach another bag of dog mess to Adam’s car and run off laughing. The joke quickly turns serious when Lily tells them to check the Weatherfield Community page.
Jodie panics when she realises the footage could reveal her location to her abusive ex. If he sees it, he could track her down. David promises to speak to Adam, but the damage may already be done.
Maggie Driscoll Fears Ollie And Amy’s Romance
Amy Barlow and Ollie Driscoll head out on their first proper date, and Lauren watches with jealousy. While serving them drinks, Lauren deliberately stumbles and pours a drink over Amy, pretending it was an accident.
Despite the sabotage, Amy returns glowing from her evening, and Ollie excitedly plans dinner at Speed Daal. Steve McDonald and Ben Driscoll are pleased to see them happy, but Maggie Driscoll reacts with clear concern.
Maggie pulls Lauren aside and urges her to dress up and remind Ollie what he is missing. Later, Ollie confronts Maggie and accuses her of interfering in his relationship. Lauren then admits she still has feelings for him and wishes they were together.
The real reason for Maggie’s fear is far more serious. Years ago, she had an affair with Jim McDonald and conceived Ben, which makes Amy and Ollie half cousins. Maggie knows the truth could cause heartbreak if their romance continues.
Coronation Street: Sam Blakeman Finally Stands Up
Sam Blakeman worries Leanne Battersby when he becomes sick at the bus stop. Leanne tells Nick she believes something more than exam stress is affecting him. She later confides in Megan Walsh, but Megan dismisses her concerns.
Believing she is alone, Megan flirts with Will on the phone, only to be caught by Leanne mid-conversation. When Sam later visits the salon flat to collect his books, Megan makes another threat.
Hope suspects Sam is being bullied and urges him to stand up for himself. Megan warns Sam that if he shares his theory about her and Will, no one will believe him. Encouraged by Hope’s support, Sam finally declares that he is no longer afraid. His bold stand suggests Megan’s control over him may be slipping.
Jim McDonald’s Funeral Brings Tension
Steve McDonald admits to Tim that he is avoiding Cassie because he feels unsure about marrying again. He invites Ben Driscoll to attend Jim McDonald’s funeral with him, saying he needs support. Tim reacts with jealousy, pointing out that he at least knew Jim, while Maggie shows her disapproval when Ben agrees to go.
With Liz and Andy refusing to attend, Steve nervously faces the service. Later at the Rovers, Jim’s former army mates Declan and Davey share stories from his army days, which bring comfort to Steve.
Maggie reminds Ben about his hospital appointment and suggests they leave, but he keeps drinking and misses his echocardiogram the next morning. Eva later tells Maggie that although the funeral stirred painful memories about Ben’s father, she must not take her grief out on customers.
Coronation Street: Alya Nazir Hides A Secret
Adam Barlow suggests celebrating his and Alya Nazir’s hard work with a holiday, and Alya initially responds with excitement. Her mood changes quickly when she receives a text message that unsettles her. Soon after, she secretly arranges to meet her former boss Rich.
Alya does not tell Adam about the meeting, raising questions about what she is planning. If she is considering a new business opportunity behind his back, it could put serious strain on their relationship. Adam may soon realise there is more going on than he first thought.
