Furious, she lashes out at Costello over the wrongful arrest, only for him to reveal that Becky had tried to reach out over the years but claimed it was too dangerous. Betsy is freed, and Costello privately reminds Becky of their deal; he’s covered for her, and now she must leave within a month.
Later, Roy Cropper walks in to find Lisa and Becky curled up on the sofa, but it’s unclear how much he has witnessed. The following day, Becky takes an elated Betsy shopping for their planned move to Spain, only for Lisa to discover them surrounded by bags after Betsy skips work. Demanding answers, Lisa presses them both for the truth. With Becky now firmly painted as a schemer, the question remains, how far will she go to get exactly what she wants?
