In the due episodes, Joel hands Carla Connor a letter, starting a slander case against her. At the same time, Lauren gets a surprise hospital visitor who might bring down Joel. As the week continues, Lisa and Dee-Dee check the Bistro van’s dashcam footage to find the company that sent the abortion-inducing drugs to Joel.
When they discover the drugs came from a private health clinic, Lisa calls them immediately. While at the hospital, Frankie has a seizure, terrifying his mother, Lauren. When Alina arrives to pick up Dorin, Tyrone grabs her passport from her rucksack. Consequently, she fails to check in for her flight to Romania. The next day, Tyrone and the girls try to video call Dorin, but Alina suddenly hangs up.
Fiz says she would never have returned Alina’s passport if she had known things would turn out this way. However, they are shocked that the call is still going and that Alina has heard everything. Let us see if Alina ever forgives Tyrone!

Hope is vaping in the school corridor. Later, Cassie discovers a vape pen in Hope’s bag. Seeing her directions, Hope urges her not to tell anyone. Will Cassie listen to Hope? Or do the right thing? Meanwhile, Tracy McDonald heads to the airport, and Steve McDonald gives her a ride.
