The latest Coronation Street spoilers hint at a new revenge plan for Leanne to torment Toyah. Though her long-term goal is to take Toyah down in a fraud case, this small plan is just a fun way to ensure her sibling suffers more. The blow has been quite hard for Leanne as well, as Nick and Toyah went under her nose to resume their secret romance. Now, Leanne is also ready to take her revenge secretly while keeping her innocent expression on.
Leanne Torments Toyah
Nick is already off to his holiday with his son Sam Blakeman at Tenerife. With Nick gone, Leanne found the ideal opportunity to play some mind games with Toyah, which would make her feel insecure. She lied about how Nick had asked her to be his plus-one at Gail’s wedding and asked Toyah to manage the Bistro on Christmas Day. As if this wasn’t enough, she also faked a call to Nick and pretended to flirt just to make Toyah feel jealous.
Once she is alone with Tracy at the Bistro bar, Leanne confides that it was all a part of her master plan and reveals how she wants to make life difficult for Toyah. Tracy, however, gushes on this and says, “You crafty cow. Do you know something? I think you might be more evil than me.” To this, Leanne replied: “Yeah, well, nobody screws me over, Tracy. Especially not my own family.”
What Georgia Had to Say On This Storyline
Talking about the storyline, Georgia Taylor, who plays Toyah, said, “Nick has been gone with Sam. She has really missed them, but of late, Leanne has been playing mind games with them. She is sending false text messages, pretending to flirt, and whatnot. Now, Toyah is even more desperate to meet Nick and get assurance that their relationship is still on track.”
