Finally, Mason was arrested after he threatened Liam with a knife. Since it wasn’t his first offence, he was given a prison sentence. Next week, Maria storms to the police station to get answers about Mason’s release. However, she knows little that her partner, Gary Windass, is already there with Sarah Platt, providing bank statements.
DS Lisa Swain interrogates her about a massive amount of money in Nathan Curtis’ bank account. Meanwhile, Gary comes out of the interview room, and Maria is desperate to know what’s happening. Previously, Gary attacked Nathan before Sarah paid him to stay away from Weatherfield without Maria knowing. Is their secret out?
