The actor expressed his excitement about his upcoming return to Coronation Street. He mentioned that it felt ‘beautiful’ to be back after a three-month. He appreciated the opportunity to dive into an important storyline that allowed him to explore Mason Radcliffe’s backstory.
The ITV star also noted that Mason’s return would significantly impact Dylan Wilson, depending on how Dylan reacts to Mason. He added, “I think Mason will come in with an open mind and won’t close the relationship off with Dylan entirely.” He suggests that, deep down, Mason wants to leave room for Dylan to make amends.
Luca adds that Mason is trying to do the right thing with everyone else on the street, especially after facing tough times in jail. The actor recalled an incident at the gym where he had to take his pants off while changing for the sauna. While he was standing there completely naked, he suddenly heard someone call out, “Oi Mason!”
