Dylan Wilson’s trouble will only increase this week on Coronation Street as his past doings finally catch up. Dylan has been involved in the tragic death of Mason Radcliffe—and this has landed him in court. Now, he has no other way but to defend his actions.
We remember that Dylan originally purchased a zombie knife online for self-protection after being threatened by Mason. But as destined, the knife was used against Mason himself when his abusive brothers Logan and Matty stabbed him to death, and now Dylan is the one answerable.
Coronation Street: Dylan to Face Consequences
The night before his court appearance, Dylan has confided in Mason’s girlfriend, Betsy Swain. Overwhelmed with the fear about his potential sentence, he worries that his previous criminal record might work negatively against him. However, Betsy urges him to stay strong and even promises to visit if the worst happens. In the moment of vulnerability, she lies in for a kiss, and Dylan responds.
The next day, as Dylan stands before the judge, he admits that he only pulled out the knife to scare Logan and Matty. But his words backfired. The judge instead rules out that his actions amount to the more serious charge of making threats with a knife. Such an offence might carry a possible two-year sentence as his lawyer, Adam Barlow, warns him that things are not looking good.
While the villain’s exact sentence remains under wraps—the spoiler pictures confirm that he ends up in a Secure Training Centre, a facility for young offenders. Daniel Osborne, who teaches at the facility, checks on him, as seen in the pictures. However, this doesn’t go unnoticed by fellow inmate Brody, who wants Dylan to keep his connection to Daniel quiet. According to him, any perceived favoritism could make him an easy target for bullying.
Soon, Brody’s warning proves accurate as Dylan receives intimation from the other inmates. Fortunately, Brody steps in to defend him and scares off the bullies. Actor Ryan Mulvey from Hollyoaks plays the role of body, which will probably play a major role in Dylan‘s life going forward. Only the upcoming Coronation Street spoilers can reveal.
