Tracy Barlow could exit for good again as Tommy Orpington’s temptation might be too strong to resist. Previously, Tracy left Weatherfield for a fresh start in Spain with Tommy. Their affair started when Tracy hired decorator Tommy to redo her bedroom. Even when Steve discovered the affair, Tracy openly admitted she wanted Tommy.
Later, Tommy got a job offer in Spain, and Tracy was more than ready to pack her bags and leave. But guess what? It only lasted a few weeks. She returned to Cobbles and got herself involved in chaos. With her arrival, she clashed with Cassie Plummer, her father, Ken’s carer.
Tracy was clearly not happy to see her dad getting so close to ‘the local druggy,’ especially since there was also some chemistry between Cassie and Steve. Additionally, she sprang into action when her daughter Amy was scammed into giving a large sum of money to The Institute.
After the police confirmed there was nothing they could do since Amy willingly gave away her inheritance, Tracy took matters into her own hands. She confronted cult leader Rowan Cunliffe and doused him with water. Will she fight for her daughter till she gets the money back?
Next week, it is revealed that Tracy returned because she feels lonely in Spain as Tommy is always working. Meanwhile, her footballer boyfriend messages Tracy, saying he misses her and wants her to return. She shows Amy the message and asks her for advice.
