The beloved vicar had a heroin addiction. Billy was in a relationship with Paul. However, he was devastated when Paul died in 2024.
Furthermore, Billy and his then partner, Todd Grimshaw, adopted Summer. Billy also found out that Theo Silverton abused Tom. He even attempted to help and confronted him. However, in January 2026, Billy died in the tragic multi-vehicle pile-up in the crossover episode.
