Coronation Street: David Platt’s Family In Danger
Coronation Street Spoilers relay that David Platt will request a favour from an unlikely source in the coming weeks as villainous Harvey Gaskell continues to threaten his family. Long-time viewers know that David made a mistake last year after stealing some questionable money. It was originally taken in a robbery by Harvey and Damon. And after Harvey learnt that his money had disappeared, David started receiving threats from Harvey’s associates.
As the robbers try to look for their funds, they will injure the family pet dog and abduct Shona Platt in the forthcoming week. For all the right reasons, David is worried about the safety of his family and he realises that the only way he can come up with cash to pay Harvet back is to sell his house. We know that David and Shona recently bought the Platt house, so it will obviously be heartbreaking for him.
Spoilers reveal that David will meet up with Andy later and ask him for a favour desperately. Will Andy be able to help him? Only time will tell. While discussing the storyline, David actor Jack P Shepherd shed light on the same. He said, “David knows Andy is dodgy” and available to hire to anyone. So he goes to him to ask if he has any work lined up that he could be involved in to come up with the money quickly.”

The popular actor also thinks that if David gets involved in some petty crimes, he can get out of trouble, but we know this will not end well.
