As a Coronation Street insider reveals, Glenda’s “brash assurance” and dependability make her an ideal candidate for the role.
Carla, ever on the look-out for talent, knows she can see something in her—although not everyone is applauding the move.
Our insider hints there could be jealousy brewing behind the bar. “Sean’s been working at The Rovers for nearly 20 years without a promotion,” the source explains. “He’s not exactly thrilled watching Glenda leap ahead.”
