There seems to be some trouble on Coronation Street these days! We recently saw the shocking return of Tracy Barlow to Wheatherfield. She came home months after she flew off to Spain to be with her lover, Tommy Orpington. Fans would remember how she ended her marriage with Steve after developing feelings for her new man.
However, recently she returned to Cobbles, but when she received a message from Tommy Orpington, urging her to return to him, she was torn. She confided about the message to her daughter Amy, and she encouraged her to return to him. Although Amy may have some ulterior motives of her own here, it seems her mother is going to take her advice after all.
Coronation Street spoilers reveal that in the upcoming episodes, Tracy decides that it would be better for her to return to Spain and continue her life with Tommy. Thus, she’ll bid her farewell to all her loved ones in Weatherfield. Her ex-husband Steve will take up the duty of driving her to the airport, but here is when Tracy springs a bomb at home.
When Tracy first returned from Spain, it took her all of two heartbeats to realize that Ken’s caregiver Cassie Plummer had developed feelings for Steve. Initially, Tracy did not like Cassie’s closeness to Ken and Steve. She even called her out over it. Although Cassie denied having feelings for Steve, Tracy could see right through her.

Despite her initial objections towards Cassie’s feelings, Tracy has now seemingly made peace with it. In the upcoming episodes, she gives Steve a head-up about what she noticed. In fact, Corrie spoilers tease that she will even encourage Steve to give love another chance with Cassie. But will Steve take the advice?
