Baby Connie is the daughter of Rob Donovan and Mandy Waring. Rob is Carla’s estranged half-brother who first appeared on the cobbles between 2012 and 2014 after serving time in Strangeways prison for acting as the getaway driver in an armed robbery.
At first, Carla and Rob struggled to reconnect. Rob believed Carla had abandoned him and their mother Sharon when she married Paul Connor. But the siblings eventually rebuilt their bond. Rob even became fiercely protective of Carla during his time in Weatherfield.
