Eventually, she made it to the Bistro, but partway through the vows, she began struggling to breathe before collapsing. The culprit was an allergic reaction to the lilies in her bouquet.
Bernie was rushed to hospital, where Aadi Alahan stepped in to save the day with an impromptu ceremony before she was discharged. And here’s where viewers spotted something unusual. When told she could go home and enjoy the rest of her wedding day, Bernie said she was a “big fan” of the NHS.
