Days of Our Lives spoilers: EJ’s Whodunnit Sparks Frenzy, John is NO MORE!
According to Days of Our Lives spoilers, Paula Cwikly and Jeanne Marie Ford took over as head writers in July. However, their material won’t be broadcast until April 24, 2025, as the drama’s already in motion from Ron Carlivati’s last stint. Next, brace yourselves for explosive power plays as Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Xander (Paul Telfer) team up to run Titan.
The Kiriakis brothers might rise above their differences, but it won’t be smooth sailing. Remember that little letter forgery that let Philip rise to power? Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) might get hold of it, and her silence to keep the peace will backfire. Elsewhere, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will get shot, and the list of suspects could fill an entire episode!
Meanwhile, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) goes all in to look for John Black (Drake Hogestyn). Little does he know this mission will end on a devastating note. Yep, the news of John’s passing will take Salem by storm, leading to a tear-jerking funeral. But that’s not all! Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) will vanish into thin air.

Sophia Charms Tate, Alex Chooses Stephanie
On top of that, Rachel’s recast is coming, with Alice Halsey replacing Finley. Conversely, love is in the air as Sophia Choi (Madelyn Kientz) tries to woo Tate Black (Leo Howard). On the other side, Holly (Ashley Puzemis) bonds with Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) over Tate’s baby and marriage drama.
Furthermore, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) can’t choose between Stephanie (Abigail Klein) and Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins). Eventually, he realizes Stephanie has his heart. Next, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) are going strong as a couple. Across Salem, Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) comes back to pay Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) a visit.
Additionally, we have some more characters making their way back to the town.
