Ever since Rafe’s doppleganger Arnold returned to the screen, fans have been speculating that there will be a swap in the upcoming episodes, and they are right! Heartbeats ahead of the DiMera NYE bash, Arnold swaps places with an unconscious Rafe.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that it is all part of his plan with EJ DiMera. But what does want with Rafe? In fact, EJ almost gets caught by Belle Black while dragging his victim into the secret DiMera tunnel. Fortunately for him, he manages to dodge her. In the upcoming episodes, we’ll see Arnold impersonating Rafe at the party. He’ll even share some scenes with Jada Hunter.
The spoilers reveal that Jada will be having a ball at the party with Belle. However, her spirits will become dampened after her absurd interactions with “Rafe.” She’ll realize that something is off with him, and that he isn’t seeming like his usual self. But will she manage to realize that it isn’t her lover at all? Considering that this is DOOL we are talking about, we don’t think she’ll figure it out so soon.
In fact, it is very much possible that Arnold will prove to be the storm in her relationship with Rafe that the viewers had been anticipating. We know that Rafe and Jada are well on their way towards getting married. But with Rafe abducted, and Arnold impersonating him, what will be the fate of that relationship? Will Jada dump “Rafe” due to his absurd behavior? Or will Arnold manage to keep Jada wooed and walk down the aisle with her, ultimately stealing Rafe’s love?
