Days of Our Lives spoilers recall that actress Ari Zucker’s contract is up and not renewed. Thus, she is well on her way out. So, could it be Nicole whose heart keeps Paulina alive? The soap could write in a car-accident that claims Nicole’s life and the heart then goes to the ailing patient.

That would be a pretty easy way to kill two birds with one stone! Paulina survives, and Nicole gets a clean exit! Although, there is one small pain point here. Paulina’s surgery track is already going on, and Nicole’s exit may not happen for a couple more months, owing to the advance shoot schedule.
