But her custom Dolce & Gabbana look is not the only thing stealing the limelight! Her joint appearance with fiancé Leonardo Maria Del Vecchiomarks their Met debut.
For the unversed, Leonardo happens to be the president of Ray-ban! He and Jessica announced their engagement in 2023, in a exclusive with People.com. Now, talking about the Days of Our Lives star’s ravishing look, her custom D&G outfit is inspired from Dolce & Gabbana garden in bloom, revealed a statement from Dolce & Gabbana.
Furthermore, the statement pointed that the look is “perfect for Jessica, because both cape and dress, beautiful pieces from archive collections, come back to life on such a beauty.” The Days of Our Lives star’s outfit included a silk organza dramatic cape embellished with flowers,
Meanwhile, the dress is an original design from the spring/summer 2005 ready-to-wear collection. Although it has been recreated in a watermelon red silk chiffon with Swarovski crystal mesh detail, the fashion house shared.
As for Leonardo Maria Del Vecchiomarks, he sported a double-breasted solaro. Which sort of looks like an inside-out version of a solaro, with the reddish-brown exterior. The luxury brand stated that they designed it that way to stay in theme of the Ray-Ban Reverse launch that Leonardo will be doing during the Met Gala.
The Days of Our Lives actress and her fiancé, both completed their looks with Ray-Ban Reverse sunglasses. Jessica also sported some jewels from Cartier, while her hair and makeup was done by Glen Coco.
