Despite that, the royal couple did not receive a golden ticket for the May 4 gala. Royal watchers have apparently taken a dig at the couple. Many observers believe that Meghan’s supposed friendship with Beyoncé is entirely one-sided.
According to insiders, Anna Wintour too is simply “over her”. The reason could be that the Duchess has a reputation for making every event about herself. And this might be the primary reason for the snub. Previously, Meghan had made some impossible demands for a British Vogue Cover. And this included total editorial control.
