And now experts are claiming whether the Duke disclosed this information on his US Visa application when he moved to America four years ago.
Furthermore, some legal experts believe this could hamper Harry’s US residency. Following Trump’s election victory, legal experts have discussed whether the Duke of Sussex has lost the “upper hand” in his battle to keep his immigration documents private. The Heritage Foundation has told GB News that getting Harry’s visa records through the courts will be easier since Trump is in charge.
