Christmas Week Schedule And Storylines
Albert Square’s Christmas has always brought trouble, and this year it seems it will be more tense. It is because the show is packed with two full weeks of drama. We will get to see some old faces stepping in again. And some people are hiding dangerous secrets that will explode at the worst time.
Elsewhere, Pat Evans’ return has created too much buzz from the fans. For them, it will be a full nostalgic moment, bringing back old memories. And some characters in the present would not like facing those memories again. Zoe Slater is desperate to search for her child. Elsewhere, she wants to learn about the person who is tormenting her. And it feels like everything will explode during Christmas episodes.
To accommodate numerous twists that are planned, the BBC has announced a new schedule to include other holiday programmes. The soap is normally broadcast at 7:30 from Monday to Thursday. However, the Christmas week will change everything.
Here are the timings for Christmas:
Monday, 22 December – 7:30 pm for 30 minutes. Tuesday, 23 December – 7:30 pm for 30 minutes. Christmas Eve, it will be on 6:55 pm for 30 minutes. Then on Christmas Day, it’s 7:45 pm for 30 minutes and 9:45 pm for 30 minutes. On Boxing Day, it’s 9:30 pm for 30 minutes. Many viewers watch the soap early on iPlayer. However, the BBC has not confirmed which episodes will drop at six in the morning.
New Year Week Brings A Big Flashforward In EastEnders
After Christmas ends, things settle slightly. However, the final week of 2025 will move back to the usual routine. And the New Year stage is set for something bigger. And here is the New Year schedule:
On 29 December, Monday – 7:30 pm for 30 minutes
Then, on 30 December, Tuesday at 7:30 pm for 30 minutes
On New Year’s Eve at 7:30 pm for 30 minutes
New Year’s Day also it will also be at 7:30 pm.
