Actress Gillian Wright Opens Up About Jean’s Reaction Over Learning The Truth
Moving further, actress Gillian Wright has opened up about her character’s reaction over getting to know the truth. She said that even though everything will be in front of her, she will not want to see it. “At the moment, she’s angry and hugely betrayed, and justifiably so,” she explained.
Wright further added that even though she will feel lonely and scared, she will continue to put her brave face on. ‘Jean has been struggling with Martin’s sudden death, while she is also worried for her Stacey, as it all really impacted her,’ Gillian explained. Wright further shares her view on the proposal situation.
She says that Jean has very smartly convinced herself that he did not say no. Whereas she thinks that if he goes, “everything will fall apart.” Later she opened up about the whole plot and what her take on it is. Gillian said that she really enjoyed it all. She added that the plot had its ups and downs.
Be it her being rude with him and eventually falling for him only. “It’s been great, and it’s really nice to work with Gillian Taylforth because I haven’t had many scenes with Kathy over the years,” she added.
