EastEnders fans and viewers seem to be missing their favourite Sharon Watts. She was last on the square before Martin Fowler’s funeral. Sharon Left Walford Before Martin’s Funeral
EastEnders fans seem to be missing Letitia Dean, who plays Sharon Watts on the BBC’s daytime soap. She has been part of the soap since 1985. The businesswoman has been part of major storylines. Earlier it was revealed that she is leaving Walford for a while, as she was unable to face Martin’s funeral.
She has been through so much lately. Be it Phil finding out about her sleeping with his brother Grant during his brief return. Or be it lending money to her half-sister Vicki, who recently came back with a new partner.
At times she has been mentioned in the recent episodes. Especially when Phil revealed the truth to Linda, and he told him to speak to her. Sharon’s brother has been dealing with a different rollercoaster as he is trying to flee Walford alongside Barney.
But it seems that his plan will backfire on him when Harry bundles him up and puts him in the car boot. Soon after which the car will veer off and crash into the lake. Will he survive? Will Sharon return to check on her brother?
EastEnders Fans Assume Where Sharon Is
Speaking of the fans, they seem to be really impatient to see Sharon back on the soap now. Taking it to Reddit, a fan wrote, “Where is Sharon? It felt so unexpected, her departure, and for the upcoming Zack storyline, I feel it would have made sense for her to be involved.”
Adding to it, another viewer added that Letitia seems to be going through a personal difficult phase. “Hopefully everything is fine, and Letitia Dean returns soon, but I think I’ll give her a bit of courtesy in the meantime,” the same viewer added.
A third fan added to the assumption by writing, “Letitia Dean has always taken long breaks, so I am assuming it’s par for the course. The same thing happened last year.” “It could be that she is just taking a break, and nothing is wrong as such,” another fan added. Well, it is yet unknown when Letitia is coming back to the soap, but will she come back to learn that her brother is in danger? Time will tell.
