EastEnders fans want a massive list of characters to return to the Square. Viewers have been naming everyone from Pat Butcher to Kheerat Panesar as faces they want to see again. Fans Want Some Familiar Characters To Return In EastEnders
Lots of square faces have gone and fans are really crying out for their return. No other name seems to come up as much as Pat Butcher. Her leaving the show was definitely one of the most emotional moments. Pat was given a prognosis of advanced pancreatic cancer, which had already affected her bones. However, she passed away at her house in 2012.
The other damning name was Kheerat Panesar. Kheerat had left Walford after he took the blame for a murder which he didn’t commit. Her mother, Suki Panesar, had killed Ranveer Gulati in self-defence after he attempted to rape her. However, it was Ravi Gulati who had finished him off. But he led Suki to believe that she was the sole killer. And to protect Suki, Kheerat sacrifices his own freedom to save his mum from a life sentence.
The next name that’s screaming in the list is Ronnie Mitchell. The storyline centred on Ronnie finally remarrying her true love, Jack Branning. However, on the wedding night, Ronnie and her sister Roxy were still in their party attire and heavily intoxicated. The two wandered to the hotel swimming pool to reminisce.
However, when Roxy jumped into the pool, she suffered a cardiac arrest. To save her sister, even Ronnie jumped in wearing the heavy wedding dress. But the weight of the sodden dress pulled Ronnie down, leaving both sisters drowned together. There are many other characters whom fans would love to see back.

One viewer wrote, “Pat, I wish they kept her; she was the perfect matriarch for the square.” Another spoke about Kheerat, “Bringing him back would shake up things when Stacey eventually returns.” A fan wondered, “Is Stacey meant to be returning? I thought she was gone for good.” However, someone said, “Lacey Turner has actually left the show. She isnt on sabbatical or leave.”
A user said, “I just want Sharon back properly!” Another spoke about seeing chemistry between characters. The user added, “You foresee potential chemistry between Dotty and Penny? Yeah, I can see that.” A few others wanted for group returns like “The Taylor family.” People also named some bugger family revivials like, “Kheerat, Cora, The Masoods, Roxy and Ronnie, Pat, Den Watts, Joey Branning, Morgan Butcher, Vincent Hubbard, Jane and Christian.”
Even Ronnie Mitchell fans showed up, saying, “Ronnie. I love Samantha Womack.
