EastEnders Heartbreak: George Packs Up as Tensions Boil Over
As per recent spoilers, George is packing his bags for good and leaving Albert Square for good. The chaos kicked off when Junior revealed that George wasted the holiday visiting his ex-wife, The Mirror reported.
Our favourite EastEnders villain insisted he’d turned her down, but when Elaine saw Cindy Beale getting close to her husband, things took a sharp turn. She sought advice from Drew Peacock before cheating with Stephen, another character. She never would have been able to provide that information in the first place, and she definitely couldn’t hide the bomb drop after their relationship had turned the corner.
After revealing the truth, Elaine hoped George would forgive her, but the betrayal was too much for him to forget. Next week, Phil Mitchell will try to persuade George to spare Elaine’s life. She is angry at his unwillingness to take any responsibility for their breakup, and she rebuffs him when he implies that she should get a second chance.
Elaine Faces the Fallout Alone
Knight joined EastEnders in 2008 as George Knight, initially intended as a short-term character.
George Knight, portrayed by Colin Salmon, is the father of Junior, Gina, and Anna Knight and the patriarch of the Knight family, as per the EastEnders.
Since arriving in Albert Square in 2023, the former boxing champ has been at the centre of some major drama.
