EastEnders is set for another emotional week as Junior Knight shocks everyone with his big decision. The week will see George struggling to keep his family together, but things spiral when Junior reveals he’s heading back to Dubai for good. Junior Plans To Leave Walford
It’s been a rough week for the Knights as they deal with the aftermath of the drug raid. Elsewhere, George and Junior are trying their best to support Kojo Asare. Kojo has been through hell, but he also knows that his world might soon turn upside down.
Meanwhile, Junior informs George and Gina about how much he misses his son Xavier. However, George doesn’t pay attention to his words. He is busy putting his entire focus on helping Kojo. However, Junior gets a call and he has been offered a new job in Dubai. However, George remains blindsided when he informs him about it. George and Junior have a strained relationship after he was exposed for having an affair with George’s ex-wife, Cindy Beale.
But now he fears losing his son. He wants to fix things between them and wants Junior not to leave. However, Junior has made up his mind completely and even booked tickets to Dubai. George didn’t even process the news of Junior leaving when he got another blow.
He received a message from his brother, Kobina. Kobina wants Kojo to return to Ghana. George is now trapped between his two brothers. He doesn’t understand what’s right for everybody. He feels broken to send Kojo away, especially after what he has gone through.
George Struggles To Keep His Family Together In EastEnders
Meanwhile, George tries to fix his relationship with Junior before he leaves. However, before he could do so, Junior learnt that George was planning to send Kojo to Ghana on Kobina’s wish. He then makes his father understand that Kojo is safer in Walford and not Ghana.
Kojo overhears everything. He refuses to go back and insists on staying in Walford. Junior then manages to calm Kojo down. He knows that George isn’t wrong; however, George always fails to see the bigger picture.
To shield Kojo, Junior decides to go against Ravi Gulati. He is at his final point of trying to mend things, and he is ready to put his life in danger for his family. Will Junior truly leave Walford?
