Jasmine came to Albert Square when Cindy Beale and Elaine Peacock were struggling to keep things going. After Freddie Slater’s exit, she took charge of the bar. At first, she seemed honest, but her real intentions are showing.
Elsewhere, Elaine didn’t like her much and didn’t want her to replace Freddie. However, Cindy Beale thought to give her a chance and was impressed by her. Later, one problem arose when Elaine needed her right-to-work documents, and Jasmine refused to show them.
And since then, she has always given excuses. First, she said that she had misplaced them, and later told that she had moved houses. However, Cindy still wanted to be around her. Elsewhere, Oscar Branning fell for her from the moment he saw her. He had zero idea about her, yet he was sure to be around her. However, the fans have seen that Jasmine is hiding something from everybody.
Later, when she and Gina Knight went to the pub and were drinking, her secret was revealed. And after they both left the place, their lives turned upside down. Jasmine saw Nigel’s car coming at a high speed towards them. And to protect Gina, she pushed her, and she got hit by the vehicle. However, when she was lying on the floor, injured, she said something that brought shock. She said, “I can’t die like this. She’s ruined everything. She needs to pay for what she did.” And fans immediately thought of Cindy. Who else could Jamsine be talking about?
Jasmine’s Lies Deepen In EastEnders
In the recent episode, Oscar and Elaine decided that they would find out more about Jasmine’s past. They sat together and started searching for her online. However, to their surprise, they got nothing. There were no pictures, no posts and no digital trace. They wondered how someone her age could not be on social media. However, Jasmine soon finds out about it and tells Oscar that her parents were strict and never allowed her to use social media. She further said she did not have much freedom. And Oscar again believed every word.
When Oscar was out, she used his keys to enter No. 25. She then asked Peter Beale if she could stay for a while, saying she already had a place in mind. She said she would sleep in Cindy Beale’s room as it’s empty. Fans have now noticed her pattern of staying close to Cindy even when she isn’t around. But what is she really after?
