Billy Confronts Callum Over Johnny’s Actions
Billy Mitchell sees how suddenly Johnny Carter is spending time with Lexi. Johnny has been going out of his way to impress the young girl. He is giving her gifts and also his attention. Billy doesn’t trust anyone with Lexi and thinks Johnny only wants to impress, not truly care. He then decided to inform Callum about it all. Johnny is the love of Callum, and he is the guardian of Lexi. So when Billy confronts him, he listens very calmly to his concerns.
Billy then warns him to stop Johnny from overstepping the boundaries. He guides Callum that Lexi’s well-being should be his priority. Now, Callum feels torn because on one side, he wants to ensure that Lexi has positive role models in her life, while he cannot ignore Billy’s warnings.
After hearing Billy’s words, Callum is now thinking whether Johnny’s gestures are harmless or problematic. And so he decided to observe Johnny more closely. He starts looking at how he behaves when he is with the family and how he interacts with Lexi. Elsewhere, Johnny makes an effort for Lexi. He takes part in her daily routines and often brings her gifts. For Billy, all of this seems suspicious, but Callum sees it the other way. Now Callum worries he might be going too far. However, he still wants Johnny to prove he truly cares for Lexi.

Later in the week, Johnny takes a new step forward. He offered Lexi tickets to a concert. And she was all excited as she rarely gets to enjoy such moments. When Callum sees Lexi happy, he again thinks of Billy’s warning.
If Callum opens the door to Johnny a bit wider, Billy’s mistrust could escalate. If Johnny is kept away, Lexi might be let down.
