Laura Is Supporting A Vital Cause

The actress revealed that she is to run in the London Marathon. The aim of the charity work is to collect funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK. Laura used her Instagram to distribute the information. A number of co-stars and supporters also responded to the announcement.

Heather Peace who plays Eve on the BBC soap, wrote, “You’re amazing! Such a gruesome training, especially in Winter. I feel your pain matey. But you’ll cross that line, and it’s all worth it. You can rock that one off and be done with it.” Kitty who plays Penny Branning, commented, “Love ya xxxx.”  Her fans shared, “Yay!! Go, Laura, relax and enjoy the experience. It is an amazing charity you are running for, and you will smash it.” 

Someone else shared, “I’ll see you on the start line!!! I’m running for my local hospice. Good luck, lovely!!” A third user wrote, “Thank you for doing that, my nan has dementia, and there needs to be more awareness about Alzheimer’s and dementia…you have got this.”

Laura posted, “Training had been horrendous, especially in the weather we have had, not to mention trying to fit it in around Nicola and her heels! But the struggle I am facing is nothing compared to those dealing with Alzheimer’s and dementia.” 

What’s Happening Around Nicola Mitchell In EastEnders?

George Knight was preparing to launch his new restaurant, Knight Fusion. However, Nicola was concerned that she hadn’t felt the baby move. That’s when she was taken to the hospital. Also, there were sudden complications and severe pain. Hence, Nicola underwent an emergency caesarean. 

EE/Nicola is rushed into the emergency service.

Now, she has given birth to a baby girl who is in neonatal care. Even Nicola was forced into isolation. It was due to flu symptoms and bleeding. Hence, George had to meet their daughter through an incubator glass.
