Lauren’s Big Business Move Turns Dangerous
Lauren Branning closed the door behind her old life and opened a new chapter. She and her dad, Max Branning, join forces to purchase the car dealership he once owned. Lauren has no choice but to go ahead with the partnership as the bank declined her loan request. Max Branning first holds out on the idea, but after a little push from Cindy Beale, she gets what she wants.
Elsewhere, the two quickly realise that they don’t have the same vision for how the place should run. So the mum of two wants to prove that she is equal to him. And so Lauren bets that she can sell a classic vehicle within a day. Soon, the car lot’s new co-owner finds interest from Mark Fowler Jr. Hoping to secure the deal, Lauren takes him out for a test drive.
Nonetheless, on the way Mark tells her that he really doesn’t have the money to buy the car. However, he offers her lunch to make for it. But as soon as he walks away, things get worse. A thug grabs the car keys from her and then drives away with the car. Later, Mark comes back and helps her get home safely.
A Violent Twist Leaves Lauren’s Future Uncertain In EastEnders
