EastEnders actor Danny Dyer has finally opened up about why he chose to send his son to private school, ditching his ‘working-class roots’. EastEnders actor Danny was recently called out for sending his son Arty to a private school. Well, his fans and viewers must know that he is known as a Harman EastEnders.
An audience member questioned why he chose to do it, to which he replied, “Good question.” He added that he is very proud of his roots, but he doesn’t want to live in an environment where there’s a lot of crime.
He further added that ‘for that lifestyle you earn and move to a better place and bring your children up.’ “When you have kids, you want to give them everything you can,” he added.
Danny further said that these things fire back on you at times, as “they’re not streetwise” now. The soap star further elaborated that as a kid he walked or took buses. But his children have never been on a bus, as they are “driven door to door by a Bentley”.
The actor simply explained that he wanted to give his children a life he did not have, and that does not mean forgetting the roots. He will be the first celebrity whose interview will be going on air this weekend from the series.
