Kat Moon had revealed this secret after she felt Zoe had crossed all limits. So when Vicki Fowler comes to confront her, she accidentally tells her the truth. All Zoe wanted to do was use Sharon’s emotions so that she could give money to search for the child. During one of the episodes, Vicki called Sharon and said the entire truth. Sharon was completely broken after hearing the news. Later, Vicki confided in Zack Hudson and told him that Sharon was devastated.
