Yes, we know that Anna Knight is in a relationship with Bobby Beale, and this whole pregnancy drama could not have come at the worst time. Regular viewers know that Anna and Bobby’s relationship is not actually at its best currently, and with a baby bombshell, things will get even more alarming. We also know that Anna has been struggling with her feelings for Bobby’s best friend, Freddie, who also loves her but is trying to stay away.
EastEnders spoilers for the forthcoming week reveal that Anna will reach out to Bobby after dealing with a hard time and wants him to cheer her up. But Bobby is stuck with his responsibilities at Beale’s Eels, and in a desperate attempt, he asks his friend Freddie to help. The teen Slater is determined not to be alone with Anna, so he makes an excuse, leaving Anna all upset and hurt.
Later, when she tries to ask Freddie if everything is alright between them, she feels dizzy before reaching him. After dodging several of her plans, Freddie agrees to go out with the group for dinner, which includes Bobby and Gina. This will lead to Anna being confused, and she will confide in her sister about Freddie’s odd behaviour. As for Gina, she will soon learn that Freddie is in love with Anna, thus the distance.

We will witness Anna trying to look for Freddie again, but she will encounter more troubles when she throws up in the cafe before speaking to him properly. Gina will then quiz Anna about where she could be pregnant, and the sister duo will make a run for the medical shop to get a pregnancy test. Upon taking the test, Anna is shocked to find out that she is actually pregnant with Bobby’s baby.
